Refund policy

At 4Lift Parts, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. If you receive a part that is defective, damaged, or incompatible, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

General Return Terms

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Returns are only accepted with an issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance.

  • Non-defective items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, in brand new, resalable condition.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns (excluding special orders or back-orders).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of verified defective items.

  • Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage due to misuse, alteration, or corrosion will not be credited.

  • Items returned as defective but found to function properly will be subject to a testing fee and the 20% restocking fee.

Steps to Exchange or Return a Part

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your invoice date. Include your order number, part details, reason for return, and requested resolution. Add photos or notes if applicable.

  2. We will provide an RMA number and instructions for the return process.

  3. Repackage the item securely, including the RMA number and a copy of the invoice. Ship the item back trackable and insured.

  4. Once received, we will inspect and process your return or exchange within 5–10 business days. Replacements are shipped promptly if approved.

Damage or Shipping Issues

  • Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The original packaging, shipping label, and paperwork must be retained for claims.

  • Failure to retain these materials will result in automatic denial of the damage claim.

Defective Merchandise Policy

  • Returned items marked as defective will undergo thorough inspection and testing.

  • If found defective, we will repair, replace, or issue a full refund, including freight, at our discretion.

  • If misuse or incorrect installation is found, no credit will be issued.

Special Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of RMA issuance, or the return request will be automatically canceled.

  • For shipping disputes, contact us within 30 days of shipment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks, including:

    • 5–10 business days for transit

    • 3–5 business days for inspection

    • 5–10 business days for banking processes

  • Back ordered parts (non-cancelable, non-refundable)

  • International Orders

  • Seal kits are non-returnable once opened.
