Shipping Terms

In-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM ET are shipped the same business day.

Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available.

Ground shipping typically delivers within 3 to 9 business days from the date of shipment.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $500, weighing up to 21 lbs.

Shipping charges for all other orders are automatically calculated at checkout, based on destination, weight, and item type.
International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping costs, along with applicable import/export fees and taxes, are automatically calculated at checkout.

No freight forwarder is required. All charges are handled transparently during the checkout process.
Air Freight & Expedited Shipping

1-day and air delivery options are available at additional cost.

Air shipments and air backorders are charged according to carrier-listed freight rates.
Tracking & Support
All shipments include a tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time.

Order Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Due to our fast processing times, please act promptly.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date if the item is unused and in brand-new condition.
Shipping Disputes

Shipping-related complaints must be submitted within 60 days of shipment.
